For our parents & beginner adult students who need a little help remembering those pesky Heians while practicing at home, we have included video links on our sidebar (right). While the performance of these katas is obviously not "competition grade", it is a great reference when you're home asking yourself, "Was that supposed to be a gedan-baraii or a tsuki?" Enjoy!
